Thank you for shopping at Wind Air Cooler! We are committed to delivering your "3-In-1 Air Cooler" products to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.
3. Domestic Shipping
For orders within the United States, we typically use USPS or UPS. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days.
4. International Shipping
We ship our "3-In-1 Air Cooler" products internationally. International orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, Wind Air Cooler is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays (e.g., USPS, UPS)
- Inclement weather conditions
- Customs processing delays for international shipments
- Natural disasters or unforeseen events
We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses exclusively via USPS. Please ensure you select an appropriate shipping method if your address falls into these categories.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@windaircooler.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
9. Restricted Countries
We do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. embargoes or international sanctions, or where shipping is otherwise restricted by law or our shipping partners. If you attempt to place an order to a restricted country, your order may be canceled.
